I’m reading this after I witnessed an altercation on the train in which a nog pursued a female shitskin from Guyana and a confrontation ensued in which he spit at her and she hit him with her purse.

You cannot even defend yourself in this city. Unreal. Poor guy was doing his fucking job. It is rare that a nog does his job and this is his fucking reward?

The title of the article doesn't nearly do it justice.

The worker was shot twice, took the weapon from the attacker, and shot back to defend himself. You can't have a more clear cut case of self-defense under lethal threat.

The problem is that there are no significant consequences to pressing blatantly false charges like this. The only way to fix it is to criminalize this behavior as attempted perversion of justice, and punish those convicted to serve a sentence equivalent to their false accusations. Hit a DA or police chief with life in prison for trying to ruin an innocent man's life, and this shit will stop overnight.
