I can take 11 bucks and eat bologna/cheese sandwiches for a week.

Are you adding in the mayo and mustard?

For $11 a week you can do better than that.

[ - ] anon 1239913 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 04:38:12 ago (+0/-0)

$6.98 can get you a 10 pound bag of rice, $3.72 for an entire Cornish hen and $.38 for a Jalapeno pepper for some zing. No sales tax for unprepared food in my state.

Don't eat that shit. GMO bread and processed meats.

[ - ] anon 1572736 3 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 00:00:19 ago (+3/-0)

All bread is now. If you can find flower that isn't loaded with crap tell me and I'll be happy to buy it.

You mean flour.
Buy the one from France.

You could just grind your own.

Subway is gross.

No wonder Jarrod blew up again. Between chasing six year old girls and paying them off, all he could afford was Cheetos!

can't blame the guy. he started and ended his career the same way, trying to get into smaller pants.

He’s jewish. A lot of jews are pedos.

Subway is horrible for you. Go to a local sub or pizza joint for your sandwich needs.

Some people are into the calisthenics. Left right left right, bend; foot-long.

Go to a deli for a sandwich. Unless you live outside of the NY/NJ/CT tristate area. Then just make your own sandwich. Unless you can't get Boar's Head. Then eat something else.

[ - ] anon 3459989 1 point 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 08:46:13 ago (+1/-0)

I sling sandwiches at a local deli. That's about what we charge for a 12 inch. No wonder we've been so fucking busy. There's a firehouse subs a block away that can't figure out why it can barely keep the lights on. Meanwhile, we've been operating for four decades.

The exact order I got at a local donair shop that was $16 just after COVID started, is $23 today.

subway is shit and everything somehow tastes like subway, even the veg. I won't and haven't eaten there for over a decade.

[ - ] anon 1881116 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 01:10:27 ago (+0/-0)

Their wheat bread tastes like cardboard or newspapers. Possibly both.

[ - ] anon 3168345 1 point 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 00:34:18 ago (+1/-0)

I was traveling and stopped at a subway and I was forced to give a tip while paying with my debit card. There was no opt out option. It was like 18%. Never by god again.

[ - ] anon 2792597 2 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 00:53:40 ago (+2/-0)

Lol fuck that. I would have walked out. There's this take and bake pizza near where I live that I really like with a tip jar prominently displayed on the counter. What the fuck? You are selling me raw pizza I'm not tipping you shit.

Murphy's?

[ - ] anon 2792597 1 point 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 04:13:32 ago (+1/-0)

You know it. I almost opened a franchise in a little town. Didn't quite have the necessary liquid capital. Six months later someone opened one and killed it.

I go there maybe 3-4 times a year. Better than a most of the chain pizza joints. Get the classic Italian sometime if you don't know about it. They don't put it on any of the menus but it's really good. Kind of like a long timecustomer thing wher if you know, you know.

I bring in mustard and we do the bomb bacon cheeseburger pizza.

Yes. The wife and I love that place. Their bacon feta pizza is amazing.

[ - ] anon 2792597 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 13:28:57 ago (+0/-0)

Nice mix of quality and price. Wish I had a just a little more liquid assets at the time. Would have been a gold mine.

SUBWAY is goyslop.
It might look ok, but years ago they tested the chicken. It wasn't chicken.

And those cunts want a tip.

[ - ] anon 2681301 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 02:55:40 ago (+0/-0)

Dude a 12 pack of coke zero is 10 bucks. A gallon of pressure washer cleaner was 20 bucks at lowes. I refused to buy it.

[ - ] anon 4129375 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 04:16:29 ago (+0/-0)

Dude a 12 pack of coke zero is 10 bucks.

The small ones.

[ - ] anon 4259561 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 01:56:09 ago (+0/-0)

They had a very convenient jingle. 10 dollar, 10 dollar foot longs sounds just as good.

[ - ] anon 2792597 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 2, 2023 00:12:34 ago (+0/-0)

Back around 07-08 they were selling footlongs for five bucks. I only remember this because of the stupid jingle an ex and I used to joke about all the time.

What stage are we in

[ - ] anon 4197709 0 points 2.1 yearsApr 1, 2023 23:53:38 ago (+0/-0)

I'm not sure it speaks to stages. But we are seeing some of that already. Maybe we're in the beginning stage. Or end of the beginning as Churchill said.
