Your question is rather poorly asked. No one is laying low in using social media. But what you are describing is not really the point of going on the war path. The point is to create and add to a climate of revolution. If you happen to have charisma, gain some followers, and become a guerrilla leader like Fidel Castro, you might become a hero of the revolution and lead some kind of political entity eventually though.
