At nearly 40 I am one of the youngest adult residents in my neighborhood. This helps. The loudest thing are the kids, but that's at like 4pm.

2 kinds of noise complaints: 1) people having a good time. As long as the hours are appropriate, I say fuck the complainers. People are entitled to have a good time. The uh societal cope is you do that in the evenings as opposed to the early morning. Cities may even have regulations on the times. 2) niggers/spics. Niggers are obnoxious at all hours and need to be deported.

If you live far away from your neighbors none of this even bothers you so I'm not going there.
