Fuck yeah, finally no jew mortgage and out of this God forsaken city.
Any good resources here other than /v/homesteading ?
Got my first baby on the way, got a wife that loves plants and farming.
I have no family history with farming but I've worked with animals for years. Ducks and chickens are the main plan but will probably end up with a cow eventually.
Excited to rid my mind of nigger fatigue and start building a stone wall (quarry on property)
Roosters start crowing at 4:30. Build your coop far from your bedroom. Ducks need a big pond or lots of little ones and the water needs to be changed regularly, it gets extremely nasty. Consider that in your designs. A cow is a sad lonely beast. Animals need friends too so always get at least two of whatever you plan to raise. Being self sufficient can be a lot of side work. Try to build in such a way that your systems need little or no maintenance. Composting toilets sound like a great idea for sanitation till your dumping out gallons of piss twice a week and a bucket load of shit once a month. Always have a backup part/plan. Nothing will agrivate your woman faster than not being able to shower because the water pump broke, or showering in cold water because the propane water heater is malfunctioning. You're on your own now, no one is coming for you. Live accordingly and you'll be fine. No more city boy thinking
WITHOUT LEGAL septic tank (human cess pools typically illegal) the county will condemn your property and get evidence using armed sheriff.
The Jews do not want independent Whites!
Some people resort to shitting in a RV toilet and dumping somewhere else.
RULE NUMBER ONE : you need some legal toilet ability
Its how the kikes control you.
= = = =
second problem : US FEDS pretend online to be fellow homesteaders, and these FBI comprise half the "fellow homesteaders" on the internet. They want to "RANDY WEAVER" you!!
You're winning the war friend. These actions are the only meaningful step you can take to truly "fight" the system.
I have no family history with farming but I've worked with animals for years. Ducks and chickens are the main plan but will probably end up with a cow eventually.
The book of genesis says man is given dominion over every living creature in this earth. It is our calling to raise animals for our use and subsistence.
There will be immense challenges ahead but what you are doing now will prepare you for the times to come. Just keep in the back of your mind though that family and friends will think to themselves "I'm going to PORTforceONE's property when SHTF he's ready". Best to either keep quiet or invest in old milsurp tents /cots so they can become your farm hands in the final days.
I watch a youtube dude named David the Good, and he's a great resource for this kind of thing. He's built up homesteads in southern Florida, Grenada, and now southern Alabama. Adjust crops to your climate.
I've picked up a couple of his books, and they're worth the small amount of money he asks for them.
Everything is a resource when you're doing this. I build raised beds, but I use hugelkulture principles when doing so to build soil health and save cash on soil.
Shrubs in the legume family will be incredibly helpful, not just as soil improvement, but also as chicken feed. I grew pigeon peas last year, and I'm going to do so again this year along siberian peas. You'll have good luck with those if you're in the south like me (speaking of nigger fatigue).
Be mindful of your USDA zone. I'm far south enough that spinach and other cool weather crops are almost not worth the trouble, but north enough to where I have to bring citrus, bananas, and olives inside for the winter. Goddamn Georgia weather is bipolar.
Bigger herds are better for many reasons, this being one of them. It helps if your neighbors have the same kind of animal - yours can mate theirs, and small farmers used to arrange such things once upon a time and split the offspring. Some likely still do, and some small ranches organize rotational grazing with all their animals rotating together between each of their fields.
Sounds like you followed my simple 6 step plan for all white males
1. Get in shape 2. Get moral 3. Get out of jew debt 4. Get a white wife have lots of kids 5. Get an off grid homestead going 6. Practice skills daily
Do all this while making like minded friends and having fun
Also they hate Owen benjamin around here but his beartaria app has none of the shit people don't like about him. It's all homesteading and censored so no cursing bs conspiracy ahit just people posting about homesteading and the positive stuff they doing
owen benjewin is a degenerate jew scammer and has no homestead. He wants his bears to stick their fingers in their butthole while they all room whack together. reddit's owen sub explains it all and wikifarms. beartardia is a cult. they ripped off all their sayings and stuff from other youtubers. Its actually quite embarrassing.
I need to get the fuck out of my city and state to some damn mountains and forest and snow. I just might lose my shit if I don't get it together and leave.
Need to get money. Now I have a job making more than I ever had. I need more discipline.
Goats are way easier to keep healthy than anything else you can own. It's so rare for them to be visibly sick that if you do see a sick goat he's probably going to die without intervention.
All but a few species of mammals produce vitamin C in their liver (Exceptions include humans, apes, fruit bats, and guinea pigs).
Vitamin C is the closest thing we have to a panacea. It influences cell membrane permeability making it hard for viruses to replicate. It kills bacteria outright (I forget the mechanism atm) and it's the main catalyst for production of collagen which is the primary means of vascular repair as well as soft tissue repair in general.
They also eat anything and in a time of scarcity are much easier to keep fed. They are also multi-purpose as they are great for clearing lands of weeds and brush because they eat it all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoJV5_WCM90 This means you get both free feed and free labor.
You're far more likely to lose a cow to illness or injury or just inability to provide adequate feed.
A dairy cow is generally gonna cost a couple grand, depending on where you live. Goats are sometimes as cheap as a hundred bucks, but again that varies based on where you're at. 500 isn't uncommon.
Goats are a necessity, cows are a luxury.
Swine are another really resilient animal that are easy to breed, easy to feed and easy to keep alive, and they grow up and are ready to eat fast.
You let the goats get first dibs and clear all the greenery from an area, then you send the pigs in and they root up all the rocks and roots and turn the soil and fertilize it all up with their manure.
If you want to learn then you watch the people who've lived this way forever. Redneck rural people. don't fall for city yuppie or scammers like the jew owen benjewin. Its a cult full of homo's who owen gets to stick their fingers in their butthole while they room whack with other dudes. He has hired help and its all bullshit. He doesn't even have a tractor and buys his firewood from home depo. and keep in mind, rural people do not want you there and if SHTF they will always see you as an outsider transplant.
Some advice given to me when I bought a spot at the beginning of the year included:
- Watch carefully the land, so you don't regret building a building, cutting down a tree, or doing other long term damage. Through each season the land will have its own unique character, and your planning should include those characteristics. This slows your progression for the first year, but is probably quite valuable advice.
- Add guinea fowl to your flock to aid in pest and bug control, they fly still and are not fully domesticated, but they produce eggs and can be a good addition if trained well enough.
My own advice would be to identify if there's a radio network in the area and plug into it possibly. Often times those are useful people to know. In my area they are very much about self sufficiency and off grid living. Not a nigger or jew among them either.
Get to know the old timers, they may not live long for this world, but they have a wealth of knowledge and resources. I met one recently who's an FFL and has tons of equipment and stock piles. Good people to have on your side.
If you are planning to make money on the farm, sheep are a better ratio of dollar/lb/acre of land to cows, at least usually. My plot is relatively small, so I'm planning gardens to support veggies as well as to grow chicken feed, while my neighbors seem to be all in on cows and horses, so it'll be mutually beneficial to add diversity here.
I want to do it but haven't. From the research I've done, You need to make sure you have the right watershed, and sunlight for a good homestead farm. You can screw yourself over by just shopping based on price per acre.
If I were to do it, I would lease a small roadside place in the highest traffic area around me to setup a little farmers market.
Congratulations! A friend of mine who's a landscaper recommended electroculture (some shit based on Tesla's theories that apparently helps pull nitrogen into the soil using ambient electricity in the air). Maybe look into that but I'm no expert on the subject yet.

You eat the lambs they produce.
Need to replace ewes or grow herd then buy and handrear lambs from elsewhere.
I hear you can allow one generation of incest. Never done it.
