WHY would there be stacks of $100 in afghanistan? i can understand why there were lots of guns and military equipment, but why would there be raw cash there? that must have been at least a few million dollars!

The cash is the major part of the bribe to the Taliban. Why not? It doesn't cost them anything as they can always print more.

The bribe was to take the cash and the small arms and to then provide both narrative cover and quiet access to the Chinese and other nation-state enemies to the heavy armaments. Also consider that the cash was only a fraction of what Biden and Deep State folks are receiving from some combination of Israel and China.

It would be proper to refer to them all as The Traitor Class. That's what they are.
