Roe v Wade itself was overturned. That decision declared that abortion was legal at the federal level. However, overturning that decision did not make abortion illegal as the screeching harpies like to claim. It simply returned the question of legality to the state level where it belongs. Many states went ahead and banned it, but several decided to keep their murder factories open.
