Finishing this up.

The plot is pretty implausible but it's the most ambitious novel reading I've done in years. I think the way Brown treats the Illuminati is productive.

knew someone that claimed they were being gangstalked. That's some weird shit. Always talking about people parking in front of their house and red or white cars were a signal, and people walking past the house in groups of three...on and on, crazy stuff.

I've had more interesting than that. Try large numbers of vehicles lined up totally out of character on obscure side streets to monitor me as a pedestrian or seeing similar in the middle of the night. Or seeing rando white female solo travelers trying to talk to me that are hot as fuck in barrios where that never happens... or out of the blue having homeless looking Middle Eastern men repeatedly asking me stuff in Arabic to see if I can speak the language... or have cars try to run me over... or have chicks standing around in my path making themselves available to ask me questions suitable for an investigation when I inevitably try to pick them up, to handing me suspicious vials of liquid.

Yessir. The 'heat' I see online here is comparatively quite above board looking.

And I haven't even started on the US officials I've spoken to yet.
