The American people are a shallow self serving people who put their wants and feelings above anyone or anything else and quickly forget their own behavior.
Year after year I watch them criticize one candidate for age, race, position or any of a dozen different reasons while simply ignoring or denying the same flaws in "their" candidates.
We are the problem and we are the problem because there isn't really a consequence for those who make bad decisions. That has to change.
