However, what I hope this ruling does is allow those terminated for refusing the mandate to get their jobs back - with backpay (something the retarded US does for every "government shutdown" where the workers don't get normal paychecks) or at least some compensation if the workers no longer want to return.
Yes, this is government waste, but it also sets a huge precedent for the (((next))) plandemic and now has case law to back it up.
