"Texas has several abortion bans in place that prohibit nearly all abortions, except when a mother's life is at risk or there is a risk of serious bodily harm."
So obviously the mother's life is not at risk and there is not a risk of serious bodily harm.
What this is is an attempt to kill a kid with mental disabilities. Whether what they are doing inside the womb or after the kid is born it's important to recognize this for what it really is. They don't want to have a kid that doctors have told them will have severe mental disabilities.
Now I'm not saying what's right or wrong but it's important to to actually acknowledge what this is. It's an attempt to kill a retarded kid.
It's also important to acknowledge that this kid has not even been born and proven to actually be retarded yet. This is just something the doctors are saying is going to happen.
And as we know doctors are often wrong.
And it raises another question.
How severe a mental disability is worth killing a kid for? For example this kid apparently is going to have some brain development issues. Maybe severe.
Well what about less severe mental disabilities? What about things like down syndrome?
Does that mean if a kid has down syndrome everybody should abort them?
Once again it's important to recognize that what's going on here is doctors are telling parents to kill their kid because the kid will have mental disabilities. And worse we don't really know the level of mental disability that the kid will actually have. This is only conjecture that the doctors say the kid will have mental disabilities. And of course these doctors are part of a for-profit hospital system which makes money on every procedure they do and that would probably include abortions.
And even so, the doctors are often wrong. I know a family who was told that there baby had no brain stem and would die shortly after birth. He's going on 4 years old now.
Even if the child had no brain, is it better to cut it up and dismember it while it's inside the woman's body, which can kill the woman or make her sterile, or is it better to be born and held by it's loving parents before it passes away (if at all)?
These articles are sick. "You must allow me to kill my retarded +/- deformed baby!" No woman, You're the monster.

Seth had been hospitalized with COVID pneumonia in June 2021. When he was finally released six months later, the couple started trying to have a baby right away, Beaton said. Beaton has polycystic ovary syndrome..
Wonder if they both got jabbed. Seems to be a accurate title (for the fetus) if the 1/250 fetuses vs. 1/16000 live births is correct. They're better off adopting from their race. Seems they're both unhealthy. Six months at a hospital for covid sounds unreasonably unhealthy.
Women really need to stop getting all these sonograms. They're completely unnecessary and ridiculous. They've just become this rite of passage and this fun thing to do.
And of course they're expensive as hell and they make the hospital corporations tons of money.
And of course because they're paid for by insurance or the government through Medicaid or Medicare or something then no one pays attention to the cost until insurance prices go through the roof. It's very similar to government guaranteed student loans.
The way it should be is You get pregnant in a 9 months you find out what you have and you might have a stillbirth and that's the way it goes.
Having an 0ending stillbirth that causes you have to have an abortion doesn't make it any less of a stillbirth. It actually puts the woman it even more risk because the abortion procedure itself has risk for the woman..
We dont have to save black clumps of cells, or spic clump of cells crossing the border no matter how big or multiplied, and we for sure don't need to save cell that swing dead chickens around once a year.
All POC should have all the abortions they want, sneaker lottery for those getting their tubes tied.
If you'd read the story you'll realize the mother is not at risk at all. This is only an attempt to kill a kid that will possibly be mentally retarded.
