This is Randy Hillier, a former independent member of the Canadian parliament that is against all the convid "measurements" such as masks, distancing, lockdowns and jab mandates. He also protested alongside the freedom convoy last year. He's doing this to show how dystopian 15 minute cities are, so he's definitely not saying it's a good thing.

I'll just say my White Privilege has served me well. But yeah, literally nothing was available to me for nearly two years. Delivery was the only way to obtain food. Even walking on the beach could catch you a thousand dollar fine.

Everything is still within walking distance, but I've only gone back to a handful of masker stores, and zero restaurants.
