Tritium occurs naturally, your drinking water has both tritium and deuterium, just not in significant quantities.

Yes it is. Nuclear power is just heat, the heat radiates, hence the term radiation. The sun radiates heat too, if you get too much of it, your skin turns red. If I pour boiling water on your hand, your hand will turn red, from the heat.
