Catbox not working. Some alert comes up saying it's not safe? Is it just me or everyone? Some settings on my side?

Your ISP was probably blocking them, likely at the DNS level. Never use your ISP's DNS servers.

SSL cert expired, which my guess comes down to laziness or oversight. Let's Encrypt is free, and you can run a cron job to have certbot renew the cert on a regular basis.
