Imagine you are in class and someone walks in dressed gaudy clothes making noises and dancing poorly.

I think that's more worth bullying the shit out of them for than for the moustache.

She could go to a doctor and get some blood work done to see what her hormone issues are.

She could get braces for her teeth to fix that gap tooth.

There are things she could do to improve her situation, but instead the commercial just tells her to consooome.

To pretend there's nothing bad about her situation, and to in fact make more of a spectacle of it than she was naturally.

Then I guess when everyone else starts not giving her the validation she expects from this show she's put on, she's going to make it everyone else's problem, and just generally go about making the world a worse place to live in for everyone.
