Charges for what? He's saying the money appears to be legitimate, but Biden is trying to hide that it is from the CCP. Unethical on multiple accounts, but thus far not illegal.

That said, one might remember when the democrats were yammering on about the emoluments clause of the constitution while Trump was in office. And given their history of testing the waters of a scandal by accusing their opponents of what they are in fact doing (Hunter or Joe definitely got pissed on by a hooker at some point), I think it's a safe assumption that there is something to find there.

Plus, the emoluments clause has always been followed on kind of an honor system, so you know the crooked bastards have taken advantage of it as much as possible, and evidentally further than they are comfortable defending.

Just some speculation for fun: I think the most likely scenario here is that ol' Joe was doing some things that weren't technically illegal as a congressman (shocker, I know), but became illegal once he became president. They weren't too worried about it though as they already laid the groundwork for it being a "nothingburger" via the charges they brought up but knew wouldn't stick against Trump, they already had control of the very agencies that might investigate that sort of thing, and by taking the presidency they would have control of the state department, etc. That's why we see all these fucking weirdos in top government positions; they aren't the best for the job, but they are easily controlled (one can only begin to imagine how many skeletons these psychotics have rattling in their closet) and manipulated. Everything was going well until two things happen: they didn't manage to pull off their voting shenanigans well enough to keep the Republicans out of the house and taking control of committees, and some psycho billionaire randomly bought Twitter, with the backing of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and China (that's another post, but just imagine how fucked up the democrats must really be that even the hardcore commie chinks are trying to put a stick in their spokes), and released a bunch of emails showing the government colluding to push various conspiracy theories.
