Not the corporate investors making those decisions... Look at the management decisions of those banks.. poor decisions result in losses... Especially when you hold about of 3% loans and interest rates double....

Easy for them to make endless bad decisions when they know the FED will always bail them out. They represent the retirement accounts of 99% of Americans. They've got the system, literally, by the balls.
