That mode is only good for not saving cookies or history to your own browser.

If you want to visit something on a pc used by more than 1 person it's good for not storing passwords by accident. That's the best use for it.

Yup. I'll use it for looking up one off things that are kind of strange that I don't want in my search history.

Also, if I have an issue with a website, I'll try opening it in an incognito window in a different browser.
