Blast from the Past! Wow. Got to see them play 83/84. I remember it being very fun. Opened with No Restrictions. I recall "Down by the Sea" was very good.

An old lump of coal I used to know claims to have listened to that broadcast on an April evening back in the 83, on the boom box in the driveway, while shooting baskets with a friend.

Been a while since I heard this song and recently saw the video and have played it daily for weeks now. The song just sticks in your head. Having not seen the video since the 80's and now seeing it again really brings some nostalgia. Very simply shot and I love the whole windy beach/beautiful sunsets they show.

It has a frenetic paranoid feel similar to “Who Can It Be”. Colin Hay has these kinda crazy eyes which really convey his intensity. I just love the part where he goes up an octave. BAM! The song really arrives then. Its sort of a slow build up that that point.
