HPV vaccine is worse, IMHO..

I will chime in that natural chicken pox probably inoculates for life, but the dormant virus lies waiting deep in nerves and can flare up into shingles decades later in some people.

Chickenpox (aka varicella zoster) is a member of herpes virus family. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herpesviridae

I think most of them can “live” in tissues (like nerve tissue) in a latent state for a long time. So just like genital herpes can keep coming back, so can chicken pox, albeit less frequently it seems. But perhaps that is due to the phenomenon he describes in the video. You cannot know whether chickenpox innoculation last for life since up until 15 years ago everyone was repeatedly exposed to chickenpox virus by kids with infectious chickenpox.

Of course they do. If you had chicken pox as a child you were vaccinated by the chicken pox itself and may get shingles as an adult. Shingles is rarely anything but annoying. The pharmacorps isolate a few extreme cases as what to expect. Idiots are suggestible by media programming and think they're dying and in extreme dire pain if they get shingles.

What he is saying is that having repeated asymptomatic infections when exposed to infected symtomatic kids is what prevents shingles from occuring. Younger people are getting shingles because they are being continuously innoculated by circulating wild form chickenpox.

The immunity you acquired in an early life infection you had does not last unless you continue getting exposed. Now the only way to prevent shingles is to use their product, the vax. There’s jews on every side of this debate. You might as well hear his case.

In order for your immune system to protect you from chickenpox you have to be infected by it. It has to get into your body and when its there it begins to replicate. Your previously trained immune system then reacts and eliminates the virus before you have symptoms or have enough virus to be contagious. We are talking about nascent infections that we never know have occured. This is how immunity works.

Immunity doesnt prevent a virus from entering your nose or mouth. So when we say someone is immune, it means their immune system wipes out the infection at a very early phase. When they refer to asymptomatic infections they usually mean ones that are asymptomatic AND contagious. That is not what I mean.

Unlike many here I’m not anti-vaccines, but I never vaccinated my kids against chickenpox, because it’s only chickenpox. Same reason I’ve never bothered getting flu shots or covid shots for myself, because I don’t see the point in vaccinating against illnesses which cause little concern. This weird effort to eradicate mild illnesses seems bizarre to me, and will surely leave populations more susceptible to more serious illnesses which their immune systems would otherwise be capable of dealing with had their immune systems been exercised in the normal ways, particularly in childhood. If you have kids they will (almost certainly) get chickenpox. They will be a bit sad for a few days and then they’ll never get it again. It’s part of childhood and part of growing up.

Exactly. Forces families in the UK used to arrange chickenpox/measles parties when the first child in the area, and of the relevant age group showed up. Worked a treat, nurses on call for the vanishingly rare cases of severe reactions, and the whole thing over in a couple of weeks.

Shingles is the reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus due to a suppressed or impaired immune system in old age or from illness.

Contracting chicken pox at a young age has the same risk of reactivation in later life.
