One would think that with all of that diversity they would be opening more stores instead.

My city has had two Walmarts and several other stores close in the 'MLK' area and 'They' Never once have Blamed the Black criminals that steal the stores in to closing, but bitch about The City not providing Stores in the MLK Hood.
