I still wonder if they even need to plant it. What I mean is that the cops and feds could accuse you and arrest you for it, but who do they have to prove it to? Is a judge going to sit there and watch CP on the accused's computer or phone? Is the judge going to get an independent computer tech to try and determine if the files were there before the arrest or where they came from?
