Florida GOP Declares War On The First Amendment to "Combat Anti-Semitism". If you say something "hateful", they can't prosecute you because of the 1st amendment. BUT if you accidentally drop a piece of paper on the ground, then they can nail you for a felony hate crime, with 5 years in prison.

Florida GOP Declares War On The First Amendment to "Combat Anti-Semitism"

Mar. 04, 2023

"The Free State of Florida" is set to have the most oppressive hate crime laws in America in order to "combat anti-Semitism."

"There is no First Amendment right to conduct," Jewish Florida State Rep. Randy Fine told the media earlier this week. "If you graffiti a building, it is a crime now, but if your motivation is hate, it will be a third-degree felony and you will spend five years in prison. If you want to litter, it's a crime right now, but if you litter and your motivation is a hate crime, it will be a third-degree felony and you will spend 5 years in jail."

The bill was put forward by the GOP to silence the "Goyim Defense League" who've been sharing anti-Semitic flyers in Florida neighborhoods and holding up anti-Semitic banners over bridges which are critical of Jews.

Pamphleteering has a a ton and a ton more of judicial precedents dating all the way back to the foundation of the nation. If the zog court fails to over turn this law, it will be a clear message that basically their is no semblance of free speech any more. The next move will be thought crime. If the Jews get away with this, it will be a clear signal that we are in a truly Orwellian Zionist tyranny.

The whole concept of a hate crime is flawed. Notice it's strictly specifies "jews." Where's the equal protection clause stand on that?

However, all this is moot. The government does not live within the bounds of the Constitution. Since that's the case, it's not a legitimate government.

so if you put it in the letterbox, it's freedom of speech and cannot be hate... but if the same piece of paper ends up on the sidewalk as litter, suddenly it's hate. that's as bold as you get trying to find a loophole to infringe on americas ancient right to free speech.

Nope. If you put something in the letterbox (assuming you meant putting it in someone's box at their address, not mailing it), that's also a crime.

where did he say that? i'm certain you're wrong, but i'm happy to be proven wrong. if you're wrong then why the fuck are you trying to correct me? he made the distinction of littering on purpose, otherwise he wouldn't have bothered. he said you can still hold up signs (although he also said u can't harass, so this gremlin is drawing a thin line when those signs are being held up outside of a jew rally or similar), but you can't put them on overpasses or attach them to public infastructure. you can still distribute literature. you can still hand out pamphlets to passersby and put them in their letterbox. but you can't throw them out of vans weighted with ricebags to mass distribute them like GDL were doing. that's littering.

18 USC § 1725

"Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits any mailable matter such as statements of accounts, circulars, sale bills, or other like matter, on which no postage has been paid, in any letter box established, approved, or accepted by the Postal Service for the receipt or delivery of mail matter on any mail route with intent to avoid payment of lawful postage thereon, shall for each such offense be fined under this title."

This came about because in the 1900s, the vast majority of the USPS' revenue came from first-class mail. Many businesses started using their own carriers to deliver what would otherwise be first-class mail. The USPS then went to Congress in 1934 and demanded a law to keep people other than postal employees from placing things in letterboxes. The New Deal Congress caved because of the enormous political pressure held by the USPS, and they were granted an effective monopoly on letterboxes.

Again, I said this assumes you meant putting it directly in the destination box, not mailing it through the postal system.

lol jesus christ you're stretching to clutch for a technicality just to argue. people put crap in letterboxes all the time and it's never been illegal. that law is clearly to stop people flooding mailboxes with unpaid mail, when you do that the postman still sends it, then they send u a bill for unpaid postage. that law makes it a fine if u don't pay. your reasoning makes no sense, you'd pay postage for other carriers and other carriers still exist. i'm pretty sure every residential letterbox is privately owned. pamphleteering is literally how the american republic was founded and what the free speech laws were about.

I guess the bill proposed to have bloggers register to cover politics is just as infuriating? Haven't seen that mentioned here yet.

This is why the Republicans are worse than the leftists.
Leftists are domestic enemies.
NeoCons are traitors.
Always address the traitor first.

Hate littering, 5 years in prison, have to restart your life, but it's a felony, so you can't get a job.

With laws like that, might as well just take the fuckers out that try to enforce it.

Thats what I've been saying. I would rather die with a bang than spend more than 5 fucking years of my short life with a bunch of niggers and subhumans.

Bottom line, the Jews can’t have Jew World Order without destroying U.S. sovereignty beforehand, and to destroy our sovereignty, they have to destroy the Bill of Rights first, especially the 1st and 2nd amendment. Free speech jeopardizes the activities of this Jewish criminal syndicate by alerting the people to what they’re up to. And the right to bear arms obviously holds the power to take back everything these jew cocksuckers stole from the American people, not just the power to influence politics, but all of the property and precious resources they’ve obtained through corrupt activity, so long as those resources haven’t been shipped overseas already.

The BoR is a high priority target, and will be destroyed before we get anywhere close to the 2030 United Nations goalpost.

That will end well for ZOG.

[ - ] Warden 8 points 2.3 yearsMar 4, 2023 14:43:24 ago (+8/-0)

The ZOG chosen future puppet president, DeSantis, will do whatever the fuck these kikes want, guaranteed DeSantis will back this bill. This would be the second anti free speech bill DeSantis has signed into law, and both are all about protecting his Jewish masters.

It was my one criticism that I always pointed to 2019 HB 741

Particularly these lines:

Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, the State of Israel, or even for acts committed by non-Jews

So accusing A SINGLE JEWISH PERSON OF REAL WRONGDOING IS ANTI-SEMITISIM and therefore PUNISHABLE BY LAW??

That's a hard no from me. And I posted this to faceberg where normies live, and one person was like "well this is in schools, so it's not a 1A violation." I'm like you want kids taught that it's not okay to criticize Jews as a people or individuals for REAL WRONGDOING?

No one had an answer. I like most of what DeSantis does, but I wish and hope against all hope that someone would cite these two bills and press him on how they are defensible at all. All they do is carve out exceptions for Jews, which is antithetical to our Constitution (however, very much in line with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 unfortunately).

Drives me nuts.

I will bet my life that they are going to push DeSantis hard to be the next republican candidate even though that jew-lover has said many times that he isn't running in 2024 against Trump. And I will bet my soul that many MAGA boomer retards are going to abandon Trump as hard as he abandoned his Jan 6th supporters just because the kosher-right told them to.

[ - ] uvulectomy 0 points 2.3 yearsMar 4, 2023 22:45:32 ago (+0/-0)

...even though that jew-lover has said many times that he isn't running in 2024...

Heels-Up said over and over again that she wasn't running. She would even cold-call media outlets to tell them she wasn't running when they hadn't even asked.

She kept saying that right up until she announced her candidacy.

They *all* say they're not running until they do.

If Florida HB 269 is passed, someone who makes fun of another person’s clothes if they are considered “ethnic or religious” can be arrested & charged with a THIRD DEGREE FELONY AND HATE CRIME!

..does this count as religious wear? No? How bout we form a new religion based on trad euro values and enforce wearing these outfits as a requirement to join the church
