The local AMC theater had to impose a similar ban on account of this -- much to the howls of wacism from the usual suspects -- and 2 of the 5 public libraries are unusable because of the roving gangs of unaccompanied hell-spawn that use them as a full-contact playground (during school, no less.)

Step 1 for that particular Chic-fil-A should have been to shut off the free wifi and eliminate free drink refills and water without accompanying purchase -- better yet: get rid of the self-serve beverage/ice stations altogether.
