This same sentiment came up when reading about seat belt laws in the States.
Most of the laws came about because the crybaby first responders were "traumatized" by having to work on accident scenes, and they particularly zoned in on those not wearing seat belts.
News flash for the snowflake first responders - if you don't like it, quit your job!
Also, fatalities involving no seat belt use comprise roughly HALF the accidents. People will still die, even when wearing seat belts. Who are these retards that want to legislate "avoiding trauma" when working a first responder job?
