Millions of US Workers Are Still Missing After The Pandemic. Where Did They Go?

They're all dead from the jab that most employers forced on their workers.

The MSM loves to ask the dumbest questions.

They figured out how not to pay taxes.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

AKA the real reason for the Pedo Joe Bribem expansion of the IRS.

I have no clue how the united states is still functioning in general. I don't know how companies survived the pandemic.

I can't believe we have not had a giant crash already.

Great white men holding together. You see them in every field. They go out of the extra mile to carry the load.

It's coming. The economy is being held together by duct tape and sticks.

Just more bullshit under the guise of a seasonal upper respiratory virus called Influenza that's killed millions in decades past. Back in late 2019 they spiked the e-cigs with the mNRA juice to create some new symptoms and blame it on a new disease called Corona/Covid. People panicked and the super paranoid ones that ran to the emergency room with a cold and sniffles were either ventilated or main lined with a poison called Remdesivir, or both, to try and get the death numbers up. After that failed a bounty was offered by the feds for every hospitals covid death and BOOM@!@!@ We have a scaredemic@!

Other research pointed to a million or more out of work because of long Covid.

ahahahahahahaha!

Gig work, Etsy, vtubing, etc. Also Boomer retirements.

It's never been easier to strike out on your own.

I suspect the idea people weren't working because of the covid payments was true at first, but enough people have died that now there is somewhat of a shortage. Also, i was told at a recent interview that they now don't have the "no workers" problem, but a "no good workers' problem. I imagine everyone knows they can quit if they want to and the next job will be easy to find.

Lots of millenials looking at it with a juvenile mind, none of them are moving ahead in their lifes though. They'll wake up in 5 years and wonder why they're still making minimum wage or barely above it when they've never stayed anywhere long enough to really be a part of the company and move up...

[ - ] ghetto_shitlord 4 points 1.2 yearsFeb 24, 2023 15:03:23 ago (+4/-0)

Companies generally don't move people up anymore. Being a good worker is rewarded with more work for the same pay, at least from what I have seen and hear. You can get "too good at your job" any you will never get promoted. These kids, Millennial and Gen Z aren't having that shit, good on them. As a Xennial, I gave that exploitative model the middle finger 10 years ago, now retired at 44 after starting a cooperative company. The way to move up now is to move out. Most companies show no loyalty to their employees, but expect it in return. Boomer shit thinking.

[ - ] Belfuro -2 points 1.2 yearsFeb 24, 2023 15:59:01 ago (+0/-2)

Cut it out with ageism. Serves Satanists not humans.

But yes. The way to get regular pay increases is to jump jobs.

Been corporate for thirty years. Loyalty Isa gamble often not paid off.

Applying for higher paid positions at other companies always pays off.

[ - ] ghetto_shitlord 2 points 1.2 yearsFeb 24, 2023 16:03:43 ago (+3/-1)

I'll cut out the "ageism" when Boomers stop being fucking cunts. It's nothing to do with their age, it's the fact they are greedy, entitled, selfish cunts, who were just born at the right time in US history to be automatically successful with minimal effort.

[ - ] Belfuro 0 points 1.2 yearsFeb 25, 2023 01:32:57 ago (+0/-0)

Hey nigger.
Yes you're a nigger because you clearly never knew your father.

Now nigger, tell me what millenials have done that's better than what boomers have or haven't done.

Yeah didn't think so retard cunt nigger who serves joos.

Because they are behind ageism just as they putted feminists against men.

Well...considering that their attitude towards work was created during the great "recession", and companies got rid of lots of positions, weren't expanding, and the older people decided to stay on as long as possible during an uncertain economic time, there really weren't bountiful opportunities for advancement from within. So it was/isn't really juvenile, but more pragmatic.

Tptb having honestly been relying on older people's utter lack of an ability to understand the things I explained above and instead just go "HuR dUr...MiLlEnIaLs ArE sO lAzY!!!1". And it's worked really well...

Also, the fact that "they" decoupled the stock market from reflecting economic reality with quantitative easing. They literally printed fake dollars and pumped it right into the stock market, so while the economic reality continued to be shit, anyone already with a retirement saved up, tied to the stock market (i.e. older people), have had it pretty good while younger people have to deal with reality and wonder "why the fuck would I work as hard, when I'll get less than half as much?"

It really wasn't until the past 2 years with everyone quitting/not working or whatever, that employers have had to compete for employees like in the past, and now it finally feels to a younger person that they can aggressively work hard and advance in a company and end up with a pretty good situation later in life. Of course, that's the past 2 years, the great "recession". lasted over a decade...a lot of the opportunities in front of millennials will quite naturally be lost on many of them, who never got to experience it at the beginning of their experience with working.

There's a ton of jobs that require vaccination.

That is what msm faggots and fox faggots and CNN faggots fail to mention in their we can't find workers bullshit.

Let the purge begin..

This is not just a US problem, many other countries are also experiencing a noticeable lack of workers.

There's no one answer to the question. While there's no doubt a lot of people who received the "vaccine" are dead, many more are seeing their immune systems slowly degrade. Millennials and Zoomers have both demonstrated even more contempt for the corporation than gen X ever did. Then you've got the boomers who WOULD be in the workforce, but can't because their skills are obsolete, or they've been vaxxed and are slowly dying.
