Sea levels have fluctuated by HUNDREDS of feet over the eons. There are whale skeletons in Kansas and up on mountains.

Many countries had inland seas which have now completely disappeared. Areas of NSW in Australia are about 1,000ft AGL and have huge deposits of sea shells.
