Fox news has been selected to fall on their sword; seems to have admitted in court that THEY MADE UP everything we know about Dominion and the 2020 election

Step 1: Steal an election
Step 2: Have your controlled opposition claim they made up all of the evidence that the election was stolen
Step 3: Case dismissed. Profit

You dumb asshole you don't know the foundational principle of fox news.

Long ago, in a galaxy far far away, fox news was sued for lying already.

Cased dropped..
Why?

Because fox is on record that they are not really news dip shit. They are editorialized entertainment variety show.

They are not held to any journalistic standard because of this. Most of their stories are fake AND OBVIOUSLY so.

And how do we know this? Because they're literally on television.

The same trick used to gain support for Trump has been used with Fox News for ages. Get the left to demonize them, then the retard right assumes anyone demonized by the left is 'on their side'.

"By Gawd, I'm going to watch and believe Fox News to own the libs!"

Most fail to appreciate just how pozzed our entire 'modern society' and 'way of life' actually is.

Fox was apart of the steal.

That was a very biased article. If you look at the context of those text messages they are in regard to Sidney Powell and the fact she was saying crazy stuff. Of course the article does not cover the damning stuff on Dominions part that goes over how bad their install and software is which were the legitimate concerns of people.

See how it ends playing out. This is all speculation at this point.

I was surprised that the ‘2000 Mules’ doc had zero impact. They purchased a geo fence around all the areas where there was voting chicanery, and they could see phones moving from one vote drop off to the next. The drop boxes that had cameras showed the same dudes stuffing those boxes with bags full of ballots. Not a peep was said about it. Tucker Carlson mentioned it for one show, that was it

Some of that propaganda Obama made legal to use against citizens.

Hey now, trust the news! We've been emotionally steering you unthinking morons for a decade! It's fine, were an authority figure, so what we say MUST be factual!

Propaganda is not inherently untrue. Propaganda is just information presented in a way to hopefully change public opinion on a topic or fight lies of the enemy.
It can use the truth and usually does when it is Nazi propaganda... Not so much when it is lefty propaganda.

Obama's laws revolved around misinformation, misdirection and overt lying to the American people to dare them to kill all the fucking jews.

*The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act, contained within the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013, eased some restrictions so that media produced by the U.S. Agency for Global Media and intended for foreign audiences could be distributed domestically upon request, according to its text. Prior to its passage, the content was banned from being disseminated in America.*

Odd. Apparently Dominion's own emails don't matter:

Quotes below are from this article: https://www.survivethenews.com/breaking-our-sht-is-just-riddled-with-bugs-fox-news-filing-shows-dominion-knew-its-voting-systems-had-major-security-issues/

Discovery in this case revealed that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines.
Mark Beckstrand, a Dominion Sales Manager, confirmed that other parties “have gotten ahold of [Dominion’s] equipment illicitly” in the past. Beckstrand identified specific instances in Georgia and North Carolina and testified that a Dominion machine was “hacked” in Michigan. Beckstrand confirmed that these security failures were “reported about in the news.”
And just weeks before the 2020 presidential election, Dominion’s Director of Product Strategy and Security, Eric Coomer, acknowledged in private that “our shit is just riddled with bugs.” Indeed, Coomer had been castigating Dominion’s failures for years. In 2019, Coomer noted that “our products suck.” He lamented that “[a]lmost all” of Dominion’s technological failings were “due to our complete f— up in installation.”
And in another instance, he identified a “critical bug leading to INCORRECT results.” Ex.H4, Coomer Email (Jan. 5, 2018). He went on to note: “It does not get much worse than that.” Id. And while many companies might have resolved their errors, Coomer lamented that “we don’t address our weaknesses effectively!”

Other internal documents noted that a the glitch identified by a security expert in Antrim County should be detected in the software. Coomer shared that the expert isn’t entirely wrong.

But that was last week...I'm sure everybody forgot.

Yeah the OP article is really bad. The article is also leaving out that those texts are just about Sydney Powell's claims at the time and not the legitimate concerns which were even expressed by Dominion staff.

[ - ] Thyhorrorcosmic103 0 points 2.3 yearsFeb 21, 2023 04:06:44 ago (+0/-0)

I think the point OP is making, is that this is how they are going to frame the narrative now. Not that its the truth.

Waiting for the court case to finish. The Guardian is cucked, not saying that they are wrong, but have seen enough media lies that if any of the fuckers say the sky is blue, I'll stick my head out of the window to verify that the lying fucks are correct first. Some examples here: https://www.talk.lol/v/LyingNewsMedia?view=new

Thanks for posting this Glowbright, stunning if true. Archive version: https://archive.ph/76IUu

The court case with programmers testifying that Dominion and other voting companies specifically had them program ways to alter the elections happened before FOX reported on it.

[ - ] Glowbright [op] 8 points 2.3 yearsFeb 20, 2023 10:56:43 ago (+8/-0)

Yeah, but if FOX says that they made all for that up for views and they do that under oath, and they do not settle out of court but allow the judge to make a judgement, then FOX's story becomes the OFFICIAL story and can be used in any other court cases as grounds for dismissal. This will forever taint the standard of "Reasonable Doubt" for any actions against Dominion and it could very well taint the lower standard of "Preponderance of Evidence". In future cases you would have to PROVE that FOX did NOT make this evidence up AND they would have to do that after they lost the first case and appealed to a higher court that has the authority to overturn the lower courts ruling. Things are getting spicy if they are willing to sacrifice their controlled opposition news network

[ - ] Bigdeal 4 points 2.3 yearsFeb 20, 2023 12:28:23 ago (+4/-0)

That article was leaving out huge parts of context of those txt. They were in regard to the crazy stuff Powell was saying at the time. None of it covered the legitimate concerns which the article leaves out came out in court also about how their software would miscount votes and was very insecure in how it was installed.

"don't expect people to take you seriously."

"people..."

In fact, I'd expect most 'people' to follow their programming, acting and believing in the narratives installed and continuously updated since birth.

How is your transition progressing?

[ - ] Bigdeal 0 points 2.3 yearsFeb 20, 2023 17:06:58 ago (+0/-0)

That same court case has brought up in discovery of Dominion where their own employees discuss how bad their software is and how it can give a wrong count of the votes along with how insecure their install process it. So yes, legitimate concerns.
