But it's necessary. That said, when it warms up a friend and I tend to play 1-2 rounds of disc golf on Sundays, which I find is the ideal way to spend rest day. If I don't do that, I tend to go walk for an hour or so, especially coming out of winter when I desperately need sunlight on my skin.
How much do you hate rest day and how do you deal with it?
I don't really work out, but I get a lot of exercise at work. I've working with 10> body fat and way stronger than I look. My rest day (day off) comes about once a week and I like to spend it either in nature or in the backyard reading and day drinking.
Just chill out and relax; you don't always have to be in perpetual motion.
Disc golf is awesome. Haven't played in a few years now because the friends I have that are any good/have their own discs are far away, and my local friends suck, and enjoy chucking my discs into water hazards.
I take the dog out. The local dog park is fantastic, close, and huge. I let him off the leash and walk around the dirt trails and he gets to run around with other dogs and get lots of pets from people who are obviously interested in dogs.
