In the songs, he says he WANTS to kill his father. Him wanting to fuck his mother is only alluded to ("Mother? I want to....AAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! COME ON, BABE!!") Live he said 'fuck you' once or twice, but even the band told him it was too much.
