Thing is the numbers are actually worse than this. They gib most of them passing grades. And its not limited to math. They can't read or write in cursive. Most can't read or write in ANYTHING.

They can't even speak correctly. Ax, amberlance, gib, doe, dat, dems, nigga... NIGGA. They can't even say NIGGER. Their own word describing themselves and they can't even say it correctly so they pretend it has another meaning. I'd say less than 1% can actually pass jr high let alone high school.
