You may have posted this under v/Australia, but I'm certain no one outside of NZ knows who Hoera Te Kooti was. He has a Maori name, so that tells most people he was not White, and because of that, no one cares. If you could illuminate us on why all of this matters, it would be appreciated. Otherwise, it's going to be dismissed as black-on-black crime, which is actually upvoted here.
