I've heard lots of good things about ice baths, but I just can't stand the cold. There's no way I'm getting anywhere near the cold.

If I wanted to freeze I would move to Canada or Siberia.

I live in Canada and hate the cold (why do i live here?), but i still take cold showers. It hardens the mind, boosts immune response and has other health benefits. Also saves some money in the electricity bill. Cold showers in winter can be tough, as the water from the street is just barely above freezing.
