After the last update the spell checker did not work so I went onto the help line to get it fixed and got the same treatment, <Go Here <Go There <Do This <Do That and everything will be hunky dory .. except it wasn't the tech had to come over and it took him an hour to get it fixed 150$$, this problem is shaping up as more of the same.
