Trying to justify banning for people in possession of a drug (that is legal at state level, but not federal level) is pretty funny since many legal things are just as bad or worse.

I'd argue that nearly the entirety of form 4473 is made up of unconstitutional disqualifiers. I like the parts regarding illegal aliens.

They should not be able to take away your right to a gun without a due conviction? Seems pretty simple.

Same reason you can't take people's guns away accused of domestic violence.

All they want to do is pile on charges anyways. If they find a guy with a joint and a gun they want to say he also lied on his application. Fuck that.

Tho, for what it is worth, you can buy a gun here without filling out any damn federal government form, and that's my method. I don't shoot anything fun, just functional.

It should mean that, but consider that everything about the ATF is unconstitutional. So, this ruling is probably not going to change anything.
