This is framed as omg scary but if you zoom out you'll see that they're collecting data on hospital visits for vaxxed vs unvaxxed categories. They're going to find out that vaxxed people go to the doctor a lot more often. Having a "code" to track people is not unusual - your medical profile has a zillion codes. The fact that they are making one for vaxx status implies it's a significant medical differentiator in outcomes.
