1. The Chicago City Government should warn the public where the gang wars are so people can avoid them. People should not have been driving up a street like 63rd as we see them doing in the Status Update Exclusive videos, when there is a war happening.
2. The Mayor should call for banning of drill music from spotify, apple, and youtube to stop the encouragement of drill/violence.
3. The mayor should implement a stop and frisk policy like New York City once did, which reduced violence significantly. This stop and frisk policy will extend to automobiles. This will remove guns from those who should not have them.
4. Implement a policy of 50%-off sentencing time for convicted gang members, to facilitate informant cooperation and offender rehabilitation.
5. Give gang members under age 35 a monthly stipend to remain crime-free. Those are the years with the highest risk of shootings. The salary can go up the longer the gang member remains crime-free so he can have something to work towards. More money can be offered if the gangster is willing to move to a new area away from his gang.
6. Offer gang members a handout of +50% to whatever legal salaries they make, as long as they stay crime-free and arrest-free (no drug tests).
They could reduce it faster by turning off all the free bullshit and sending the ones that commit crimes off to a lithium mine in the Congo with the rest of their cousins.
