You've clearly either never had a real job, or never worked out. You do realize people can alternate what days they do what workout, yes?
Get up an hour early, go for a run, shower & breakfast as normal, go to work.
You barely have time to wipe yourself and the energy isn't there because you don't sleep well.
An extra hour out of your day for a workout, plus maybe 10 minutes to shower.... If that means you barely have time to wipe yourself, you suck at time management. And if you've ever worked out at all, you know that on workout days you sleep BETTER because you're getting rid of excess energy (calories).
It's too much activity in one day.
Sure, for someone who's used to sitting around eating goyslop all day. I used to run 5-7 miles every day as a matter of course. 150-180 miles/month. Sustained, WITH a real job. And I wouldn't even consider myself athletic.
Female talk show hosts don't spend all their free time training, that's stupid.
No, they don't. What was described is a pretty average workout schedule, not some "elite athlete" regimen. If you think 7 miles a few times a week is "trying to be a female David Goggins" then you have a seriously skewed idea of what exercise is. 20-30 miles in a week is nowhere NEAR the same level as training for an ultra-marathon.
I work more than 40 hours a week and I bicycle the 8 miles commute often. I also shop for groceries, watch movies multiple times a week, play video games, and watch I Survived...every day.
she has to say that because of the paycheck, anchors earns a ton of money and they dont give a shit about telling you the truth either. well, we have seen this during this whole conjob charade for the past 3 years
I recognize some of the symptoms, which also started after I was coerced into getting a dose by my government (they threatened to prevent us from even going to the supermarket unless we got a dose). I've added more cardio to my gym routine to try, probably in vain, to counter the heart damage. However, it's pretty kill that the vaccine was designed to kill us, not help us.

Heres the vid if you dont want to bother with the GP article.
A cold? Which strain? Did she test positive for a particular virus associated with myocarditis? If no, then this is scientific disinformation.
