Take a SHIT TON of vitamin C regardless like I said in my other post. They usually come in 1000mg pills. Take 2 every hour, either all at once or one each 30 minutes.

Zicam is fine at the recommended dose BUT you're not getting shit near enough vitamin C. It's like throwing a glass of water on a house fire when you need a fucking fire hose. Go get 4 bottles of ascorbic acid and take 2 1000mg pills of vitamin C EVERY HOUR. Don't wait.

my symptoms are headache, lots of coughing, some fever and throwing up,body aches and now some diarrhea.

If you're looking for more ascorbic acid at some point, you can get a pound on bulksupplements.com (& on amazon) for a very reasonable price. 1/4 teaspoon in a glass of water or juice 1 - a few times per day is good for maintenance, and more when you're coming down with something. my symptoms are headache, lots of coughing, some fever and throwing up,body aches and now some diarrhea.
i'm taking 5000 mg of vitamin D and zicam which has vitamin C and zinc plus i'm also taking azithromycin 250 mg.
i feel just a tad better than i was 2 days ago with this regimen but what bothers me is the coughing but am also taking a cough suppressant and even then i still cough from time to time.
i was hopeful that my doctor would see me at least via telemedicine but it seems that he fears that he is going to get this shit via internet or something.
