i have been under the weather for over 3 days now, called my doctor. he refused to see me because of fear of CONvid

submitted by knightwarrior41 to Health 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 12:20:43 ago (+20/-1)     (Health)

called my primary care physician because i have been under the weather since last friday and the fucker doesnt want to treat me even with telemedicine. because of convid. can you believe that? now i have no other option to get treatment unless i test for fucking CONvid so whats the point of going to the doctor or even telemedicine.

welp.if this gets worse i might end up going to the ER. i already suffered from sepsis because a similar infection 4 years ago and i dont want a repeat.😐

btw, family got tested and they are negative.

As long as you weren't vax'd you should be fine. Maybe have a doc give you Doxycycline and eat a few zinc, c & d gummies ery day. walmart sells them. oh, and change doctors. this doc is a fucking piece of trash. He supposed to help the sick. Not judge them. find a new fam doc immediately.

Disagreed. The OP needs to find a real doctor and fire the piece of shit he's using.

Have you tried a Doc in a Box?

More expensive, but you get in, and get out with needed meds.

This is what I am talking about:

You have to treat the symptoms, too, with cough syrup. Nyquil and Dayquil.

When we had covid, we took tons of vitamins and the horse paste ivermectin. Worked great for us, just flu-like symptoms. Loss of taste and smell lasted for several weeks tho...

You need a new doctor.

I do too, for that matter. Similar experiences here, and we've just all stopped going to the doctor entirely, and depend on mother-in-law's weird traditional nonsense cures for things [which have so far mostly actually worked]!

[ - ] Ragnar 3 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 17:27:04 ago (+3/-0)

Please share your mother-in-law’s weird traditional nonsensical cures

[ - ] lord_nougat 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 17:36:16 ago (+1/-0)

What's ailin' ya? I'll ask and let you know what weird potion she prescribes.

I had this awful cough for a time a year or two back, and she and my wife made me drink all sorts of gross things, followed by nice little garlic toast bits and chicken soup - worked a charm.

The missus got what resembled strep throat [one of the times our doctor decided at the last second not to see her - so I fired that doctor and still haven't found another]. This time, ma came up with some weird gross shit for her to gargle a bunch of times a day. That was worrying because strep is no joke, but it cleared right up in a few days. Well, it took weeks for her to really feel better, but her throat didn't swell shut or any of that...

Then there was this other weird stuff she made to soak a wounded hand in which sounded extra nonsensical to me. I said just pour alcohol all over it and slather a bandage in some neosporin! She we sort of did one and then the other, and said hand healed up fine.

These are the ones that I recall, but she's always up to her weird witchy ways. She's a useful old hag!

[ - ] Ragnar 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 17:48:27 ago (+2/-0)

You got a useful mother-in-law, there! Most of them species is useless at best but toxic usually.
Nothing is ailing me currently, but I wanna have an arsenal of remedies for future preparedness. I don’t have a doctor, the whole family doesn’t, and maybe I should be worried a little but that profession is basically full of either butchers or prostitutes for big pharma. I am going to collect traditional home remedies instead, for now.

[ - ] lord_nougat 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 17:53:16 ago (+1/-0)

She's a pain in the ass, but she's good.

We should record every single day in minute detail and make actors replay it all. We'd have a hit sitcom.

right now i have no other option since i dont know any other physician. i have been with this one since the mid 90's

If your doctor is refusing to treat you now, he wouldn't know what to give you anyhow. If you can get ivermectin, start using that--about 1/8 of those "horse paste" per day. Take a SHIT TON of vitamin C regardless like I said in my other post. They usually come in 1000mg pills. Take 2 every hour, either all at once or one each 30 minutes.

if it werent for doctors i would have been dead the day after i was born. do you know how many surgeries did i had as baby?

just as a baby-toddler 4-5 surgeries alone. yeah there are plenty of stupid doctors out there but there are some that will help you. you just need to be lucky

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 31, 2023 11:48:43 ago (+0/-0)

How premature? What was the issue? How old was your mommy? Where are you from?

How premature? 7 months

What was the issue? multiple issues dude. several intestinal surgeries to correct stuff

ow old was your mommy? she got married young at 16 she had me 2 years later.

Where are you from?

i was born in a communist country that is just south of key west.

For your current ailments, look into raw garlic and oregano oil

tried oregano oil and dude that's a scam it doesnt do shit. at least to me.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 31, 2023 14:06:19 ago (+0/-0)

Thanks for answering! I’m surprised ngl, your mom was super young when she had you, I guess you got unlucky, I’m sorry. I thought you were not American because you have bad grammar lol
Anyway, thanks for letting me know about oregano oil not working. I have only heard of this being a miracle on podcasts, so now I’m not going to buy. I’ll tell you what tho, I myself have woken up today not feeling well. I have a frontal headache and left eye migraine along with runny and stuffy nose and watery eyes. Normally just sleeping in makes me recover, but I have some work to do so I wonder what to take to fix this. I am going to take some honey and lemon tea and chicken soup later. I have had coffee and a Tylenol lol no relief.
Have you tried steaming yet? Some say black pepper is good too.

Let me know what helps you eventually, and I will let you know what helps me later today.

[ - ] knightwarrior41 [op] 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 31, 2023 17:28:55 ago (+0/-0)

my grammar sucks monkey balls but you do understand right? that's all that matters. it was not my choice to have been born in pile of dung of a country. it was my destiny. welp i have dealt with it.

i have do steaming mostly in the shower but i do have a humidifier that helps from time to time. my lung specialist told me to use it way back after my bout with sepsis so this is something that i keep in mind.

no, i'm not an american by birth but by adoption. which am forever grateful. sad to see what is becoming of my adoptive country. i never ever thought that i would see the stuff that we see in this ole good usa.

there are serious problems and the populace at large doesnt give a shit. thats all for this post. if you have any more questions i will answer the best of my abilities ✌️

perhaps, but dude i dont wish you to go thru sepsis. let me say this, its not a fun experience.

i was just hours away from a certain death. thanks to my then sister in law they took me quickly to the ER. i was confused, coughing and wheezing with a high fever, very high pulse and the pressure was beginning to drop.

if it werent for a cocktail of antibiotics and and anti inflammatory medications and oxygen (i hate to use the word drugs)i wouldnt have been here talking to you.

i have a reason to take precautions about my health and life. if that makes me gay then .....

[ - ] knightwarrior41 [op] 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 19:59:47 ago (+1/-0)

How did you get sepsis?

respiratory infection got in to my bloodstream and it festered there until it began to do a systemic inflammatory response on my body. so, yes the blood began to turn in to shit that's why its called sepsis

[ - ] Nosferatjew 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 20:33:45 ago (+1/-1)

I hear you can cure sepsis at home for cheap simply by injecting about 1 tablespoon of bleach into your bloodstream.

[ - ] zr855 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:41:39 ago (+2/-0)

Vitamin C helps sepsis a ton as well. You should be taking anywhere from 6000-18,000mg a day. You have to find your bowel tolerance--diarrhea.

[ - ] knightwarrior41 [op] 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:46:07 ago (+1/-0)

i'm taking zicam which has vitamin C and zinc and now i'm having a bit of diarrhea. i havent take a shit since friday so i guess i welcome the diarrhea part since it will clean my intestines

[ - ] zr855 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:49:51 ago (+1/-0)

Zicam is fine at the recommended dose BUT you're not getting shit near enough vitamin C. It's like throwing a glass of water on a house fire when you need a fucking fire hose. Go get 4 bottles of ascorbic acid and take 2 1000mg pills of vitamin C EVERY HOUR. Don't wait.

[ - ] knightwarrior41 [op] 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:53:49 ago (+1/-0)

[ - ] zr855 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:31:12 ago (+2/-0)

Go to the store and buy a shit ton of ascorbic acid (vitamin c). Start popping 2000mg every hour. You'll get about 5% better each day. DO IT NOW! Linus Pauling, the nobel winning chemist, was right!

The worst thing that can happen to you if you do this is you start to get diarrhea, when that starts happening you'll likely be improving and you can start tapering off.

[ - ] knightwarrior41 [op] 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 14:13:01 ago (+1/-0)

thank you for your advice but i dont think this is convid, is just a strong common cold that i got from some family member that came back from a trip to the mid atlantic states just a few days ago

but yeah lots of fluids and vitamins are solid advice, thank you!

[ - ] zr855 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 15:15:24 ago (+2/-0)

This is Linus Pauling's advice. He literally won TWO sole nobel prizes. Many considered him the father of modern chemistry. That is until he started going against the American medical association. It works man. Hell at LEAST take 3000mg a day. I think that's the upper recommended amount from the medical establishment.

[ - ] zr855 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 15:10:49 ago (+1/-0)

It works for colds and flus the same way. Just do it. You'll see. Hell start with just 1 and hour if you're scared. Ascorbic acid is water soluble. It passes through you very quickly. It's amazing how much you can take when you're sick. The same amount normally would give you diarrhea pretty fast but when you're sick, the body just uses it right up.

[ - ] lord_nougat 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 17:37:53 ago (+1/-0)

Take your immune vitamins. What are your symptoms? If ot's a bacterial infection of the throat or lungs, drink warm broth/tea and inhale the steam to loosen up the phlegmy shit so you can expel it like jews from over 100 countries.

[ - ] HonkyMcNiggerSpic 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:18:24 ago (+2/-0)

[ - ] NaturalSelectionistWorker 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:25:31 ago (+1/-0)

Depends on the type of infection. Humans have been fighting off bacterial infections since long before we had antibiotics.

my symptoms are headache, lots of coughing, some fever and throwing up,body aches and now some diarrhea.

i'm taking 5000 mg of vitamin D and zicam which has vitamin C and zinc plus i'm also taking azithromycin 250 mg.

i feel just a tad better than i was 2 days ago with this regimen but what bothers me is the coughing but am also taking a cough suppressant and even then i still cough from time to time.

i was hopeful that my doctor would see me at least via telemedicine but it seems that he fears that he is going to get this shit via internet or something.

[ - ] NaturalSelectionistWorker 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 15:32:25 ago (+2/-0)

Sounds like you're taking a lot of the right stuff. If you have a day off, skip the cough suppressant and drink a lot of warm tea/broth/etc, breathe in some of the steam while it's cooking, and cough up as much shit as you can to clear your lungs out.

[ - ] knightwarrior41 [op] 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 19:25:45 ago (+0/-0)

[ - ] zr855 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 13:47:39 ago (+1/-0)

You are taking nowhere NEAR enough vitamin C. LISTEN TO ME! Go to the store and get 4 damn bottles of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Don't get sodium ascorbate or anything else. Get ascorbic acid. Start taking two 1000mg pills every hour. EVERY HOUR. Vitamin C will NEVER hurt you. We've been fucking lied to terribly. The worst thing that can happen as you start to get better is you will get diarrhea. Vitamin C is like jet fuel for your immune system. Do not wait. 5% better each day doing this alone.

[ - ] Sector7 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 30, 2023 14:46:23 ago (+1/-0)

If you're looking for more ascorbic acid at some point, you can get a pound on bulksupplements.com (& on amazon) for a very reasonable price. 1/4 teaspoon in a glass of water or juice 1 - a few times per day is good for maintenance, and more when you're coming down with something. (maybe skip the juice sugar while sick)
