For the sake of devil's advocate, the counter argument for this is that this kind of hybridization allows for natural selection where only the best hybrids survive. The subsequent generations of the surviving ones inherently will have less likelihood for dependence on the medical system for those kinds of procedures.

Generally were all quite close genetically, except for Africans.

Africans (wherever they live) are very genetically different from the rest, and actually also each other.

You will see more genetic variation traveling 50 miles in Africa than 500 miles outside it
