Adrien Carton de Wiart, The unkillable soldier: one of the most courageous human beings to ever live. He served in the Boer War, WW1 and WW2, severely injured on several occasions but always fought to get back to the front lines.

What an interesting article. This man served in the Boer War, World War One and World War Two, in the process he was shot in the face, losing his left eye, and was also shot through the skull, hip, leg, ankle and ear…He was awarded the Victoria Cross for his “bravery, coolness and determination during severe operations of a prolonged nature”. At 60 years old he became a POW, and despite his age and previous injuries, he still made several attempts to escape, successfully at one point, he had escaped for a total of 8 days in a foreign land where he didn’t know the language. This article is well worth a read, what an inspiring and courageous human being.

When life gets hard in the near future, and it will, you need to understand that the blood of men like this flow through your veins. Adversity is where our people show their true greatness.

He fought for the bad guys.

This isn’t about who he fought for, even if you are correct on that point….nearly all wars are sold to the masses through lies, usually they have nothing to do with the publicly stated cause, and probably from the 1700’s on forward, Jews have been the number 1 beneficiaries of war no matter what it’s allegedly about. That’s all besides the point.

This is about his ability to stand in the face of extreme adversity, and keep pushing, which is a trait commonly found among countless White explorers and warriors from the past. This is a reminder that we as a people are about to be dealt a serious nightmare, but no matter how grim it gets, we have the strength and fortitude to overcome. Conquering adversity is our specialty.

@Warden Kelly -One way that they get us to continue to fight brother wars is to glorify earlier stupidity. In that regard: "well done mate!"

I come from a long line of warriors, like this fella. No more - we know who the enemy is now and it's not Boers, Russians, Chinese or Germans. Bullshit like this perpetrates the issue. Not saying you are a bad person, or that Wiart is either, as you're both not, but this kind of bullshit glorifying needless wars and the Wiart example is wrong.

Refer to my reply above this comment, it applies to what you and “Ifuckedyermum” both said. I hear what you are both saying, it’s just not the point of the post. Showing respect and admiration for White warriors this tough isn’t ever a bad thing, regardless of whatever side of a conflict they fought on.
