Ths headline is pathological.

Deep within the article: "concentrations of choline found in eggs are generally safe, but consuming supplements with choline could pose health risks.

The study researchers doctor Stanley L. Hazen of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, said: "Unless prescribed by your doctor, avoid supplements with choline."

Eggs were until recently cheap protein. I was eating way more eggs than an average person. Yet I'm unclogged. Weird

I used to make my own pickled eggs. Bought a whole flat of a few dozen eggs for like $5 and could have them pickled in days. Lasted months if you ate one a day for breakfast. At least liver is still reasonable, but my main other protein was... chicken. I would buy quarters (not legs, wings, or breasts) and portion them myself in a few minutes. They want us to eat bugs, which are made of chitin, which is a protein that humans can't metabolize. What can metabolize bugs? Chickens.
