If the boy had such an issue that the parents had to attend school with him everyday why didn't they just keep him at home?

I had an arrangement once with a public school ( because they were dicks and I hated them) they gave me everything books, workbooks, lesson plan, and she would go in for the tests after school hours.

This school and their concerns about his violence wouldn't have a similar system in place?
