I'm not saying he wont get shot for those actions...that's the reality of our country. What I'm saying, is he SHOULDN'T get shot for this encounter. And holding something in your hand, whether a mistake or not, is not an excuse to try and execute him.
The reason this happened 100% lies with the police. They should never have shot. You will always be able to find an excuse for these pigs wont you...
