Part of what makes it such a unique place. Can be like living in reddit sometimes, but aside from the fruits and nuts, there is physically no better place I've seen, lived in, or heard about.

Global cooling is taking its toll though. Those 5 - 10 days of 70+ in January have dwindled down to 'maybe' one or two. None so far this year.
