It's a clever question, I think. It would, as others have said, only affect their perception. If they had telescopes trained on each other, but had another way to watch real-time video of each other, they would begin to see a de-syncing through the telescope.
The speed of light isn't about how fast two "objects" are moving apart from each other. The speed of light is about how fast the speed of light moves.
