1) Remove all warning labels on everything, everywhere. Chemicals, cleansers, coffee makers, heavy machinery, power tools, firearms, etc., etc. Turn the whole world into a simple pass/fail intelligence test.

(I can remember as a kid the sudden crusade against lead based paints. Then some grownup expained to me that the poor little nigger chirruns in the projects in places like New Yawk, were eating the paint chips off the walls, and it was bad for them, m'kay? And I thought, "So? What kind of an idiot eats paint chips, ffs?" Now we know.)

2) Stop subsidizing untermensch breeding programs worldwide. EBT, welfare, etc. All of it. Everywhere. Root hog, or starve. If you have done things that would piss your own family off to the point that they won't even feed you anymore, then why the fuck should we?

3) Offer a one time cash payout for bitches getting a free hysterectomy with their next abortion. Sheboons would jump on $1,000 like a jew on a shekel, and the initial upfront costs would be more than covered by the eventual savings on prison space alone.

4) Invoke the Texas "He Needed Killin' " rule nation-wide. Face it, most of these little shits need a good killin' anyway, and everybody knows it. Assclown does a violent crime? Get's shot by multiple bystanders, who then go on about their day. Face it, if your ass has rounds in it from multiple firearms and from multiple angles, it means everybody there pretty much agreed that your ass needed killin' right then. Police can then come do the cleanup.

Most of our societal problems would disappear in a single generation.
