The funny thing is the lack of records, or lack of release of the records. Every interaction with a system by a "poll worker" should be logged. When someone manually matches a signature that signature, the person who chose the match, the entry they matched it to, the time, the terminal, etc. should all be recorded as part of the records.
If they did this it would be very easy to find workers who committed the fraud and execute them. Which is why they don't.
It's entirely possible that states that required such IDs were more right-wing and thus would have voted more for his opponents. It does not indicate fraud.
