Oh bull shit. Lots of dogs can be abused and it just makes them more timid. There are around 10 breeds associated with around 99 percent of serious bites. Like with people, its all about genetics. Bet you would see several of the ususual suspects if they reveal the breeds here.

What constitutes an illegal dog?

Leonbergers are usually the friendly type. However it is a big dog and can be used as a guard dog if trained properly.

A leonberger is a big ass dog. I wonder what the stature or strength of this woman. Not a dog I would recommend to a petite 5ft 3in woman. Imagine how difficult it would be for her to walk it. Especially if she didn't work on discipline or was guest walking.

Dogs can pickup on anxiety and body language. Maintaining a calm demeanor is huge.

Dog walker... I would never trust my dog to anyone besides me.

Specially because they will not give the proper care to my dog given the high numbers of dogs they have to handle.

Additionally, I would never trust a woman to handle, not even one dog. They always humanize them, always spoil them, and never act or talk with authority and character to handle them.

Now getting into the numbers, if a woman can barely handle a small size dog less alone handle 8 big size or middle size breeds.

Probable abuse from her, or from one or more of the owners of the pets and something set the dogs off. Also, dogs may have gone against each other and the woman tried to stop them and they redirected the aggression towards her.

Finally, if someone comes up to me and tells me that he or she are a dog walker, I would remove myself from that interaction right away, as they are definitely not dependable or trustworthy given "the work" field they have chosen... Promoting laziness from dog owners. Can't be with your dog? Don't fucking have one.
