I attended 7 different schools in 2 different countries over my life. In that time, and over the probably couple of thousand students I went to school with, not one of them died, for any reason. (my little brother knew one, but he was a "special kid" with a lot of problems) I played soccer, American football, and I took PE as an elective in high school. Not once did any of us ever collapse or have any kind of cardiac event. Even when wearing pads and helmets in 100 degree F heat.

Heads need to roll for this.

Last Thursday, another Las Vegas valley student died after collapsing at a flag football game. The Clark County Coroner’s office said Desert Oasis High School student Ashari Hughes, 16, suffered a cardiac death due to a “rare congenital abnormality.”

ANOTHER. That school is losing students quick.
